Cotton Kurta PajamaMar 19, 2009 I use my kurta pajama for meditation purposes. It is easy to sit with folded legs since the pajama material is quite soft and does not give tight feelings at the knee level (unlike regular trousers). Waist size is also easy to adjust while sitting because of draw strings. Kurta covers the body fully and very comfortably. All in all, kurta pajama gives a truly divine feeling during meditation.
